It's sometimes hard to tell whether someone is promoting a product or service because they truly support it or because they're trying to make a buck. This is where building trust and developing relationships becomes critical. Tammy and I promote things we've have a connection to, like books we've read or products by people we trust. I don't ever want someone to buy something through my affiliate link and later hate me for steering them in the wrong direction. There's too much good stuff out there that people can really use so why promote the junk? I know what you mean.
