I want to share a few of my favorite travel quotes with you. Although I haven’t gotten to do a ton of traveling yet in my life because of constantly being in school (just a few more days of that crap), I have taken an interest in travel reading and quotes.
Here are a few travel quotes that I came across lately that have gotten me very inspired:
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain
“The World is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page.” – St. Augustine
“The core of mans’ spirit comes from new experiences.” – Chris McCandless
“Your true traveler finds boredom rather agreeable than painful. It is the symbol of his liberty-his excessive freedom. He accepts his boredom, when it comes, not merely philosophically, but almost with pleasure.” – Aldous Huxley
Aren’t those great? Reading these makes me want to hit the road, but unfortunately I have a few finals left :-(

Nate,
Some good quotes! Someone once said to me, “Someday, you’ll be 40.” She was referring to how elusive time can be. Her point was that you should be aware of it and not take it for granted and that you should do what you love to do because that’s the best use of your time. I totally agree. Carpe Diem!
Good luck with your finals!
Scott
