I have been going for quite lengthy walks over the last couple of weeks. I’m doing this to break in my new hiking boots and also get my legs in shape for my upcoming trip.
One of the routes that I take cuts across a cemetery. On a sunny day last week I was walking though this cemetery and it got me thinking.
It got me thinking that every day my life gets closer to being over. I really need to focus on making the absolute most of every single day. It was actually quite a wake up call. I have a very long list of things I want to do, and you probably do too.
Just thinking about all the hopes and dreams that some of the people buried in this cemetery never saw come to fruition struck me.
Really try to make everything you can of each day you have. You don’t want to come to the end and not be able to say that you did everything you wanted. Don’t leave anything on the table.
